Legs -- as strong as they can Be..

First time i have started a legs with a super set .what can i say.. two days i couldn't move.still i can feel the pain....
However i can say that continue this exercise will definitely get some best results.

Heavy biceps on 25-7-2013

Its been a week i did biceps.Today shekar has joined (actually i joined shekar)..OMG.... what the hell.. he gave  me a bar  and added 30kg wt .This was the first time i m doing with such a heavy weight.. Well  i did it. After 10 repetitions.40 kg 10 more rept and then finally 46kg 8 rept.my beceps get locked for this night..
